ACCREDITATION

We are accredited service agents for many of the leading brands of equipment, including:

  • Prestige Medical
  • Carlton Professional
  • Environ
  • REM

ON-SITE

We bring the test equipment and spares to you and perform the service, including repairs, on your premises. An average size salon of approximately 30 items usually takes around half a day. We work around you and your clients so as to avoid disruption to your service. If you prefer to book us in when your salon is closed, a Monday for example, then this would avoid any interruption to your business. Once completed, we log and label each item and produce a service report and certificate for your records and insurance purposes.

SERVICE & REPAIR CENTRE

We provide a quick and convenient back-to base service at our Macclesfield Repair Centre.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY SERVICE

We give you the option of a ‘Collection and Delivery’ or a ‘Return Delivery’ service only – these will be offered at the time of booking.

DROP-IN SERVICE

If it’s more convenient then you can also drop your equipment in to the repair centre, by appointment only.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Servicing and repairs are usually completed the same day, unless spares are required that are unavailable from stock.

ANNUAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

We provide a twelve month service and maintenance contract for those looking for a rotating service agreement.

Service contracts offer a very competitive rate for clients, as the cost per item is considerably less and you receive a twelve month extended warranty. Service contracts suit colleges, universities, schools and academies where large numbers of equipment are required to be serviced at any one time and where they receive a higher than normal amount of use. Equipment down-time causes problems in classrooms and client sessions. Our service contract enables our clients to return equipment as often as required for repair. The only cost is posting them back to our repair centre, where we repair and return the item free of charge.

CAUTIONARY NOTE

Please be mindful of other service companies that offer a twelve month service and maintenance contract, as some of these do not include a warranty against further breakdown during the contract period. This in turn can leave you liable for additional repair and postal costs, increasing your contract price by around £70 + VAT (estimated) for each repair – this should be factored into your costing.

Multicare Professional provide a full twelve month parts and labour warranty in our service contract, including accidental damage.
