SERVICE OPTIONS
- On-site: We’ll bring the parts we need and complete the work on-site, working around you and your schedule. It generally takes us around half a day to complete a full service of all items in a typical salon.
- Off-site: We’ll arrange collection of the equipment and have it brought to our Service Centre in Macclesfield. Once we’ve performed the necessary work, we’ll ship it back to you.
- Drop-in: If you’re in the Macclesfield area you’re more than welcome to deliver the items to us yourself, but please do let us know in advance that you’re coming!
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
For those looking for a rotating service agreement we offer a twelve month service and maintenance contract. These offer a very competitive rate for bulk-servicing of a lot of equipment, as the cost per item is considerably less. Products can be sent to us for repairs as often as required, with the only cost to you being the price of the postage.
